We only collect the data strictly necessary for the purposes described below. Depending on how you interact with the Site, this may include:

• Data relating to your request: procedure of interest, free-text message and any other information you choose to share with us.
• Health-related data, where applicable: if you decide, on your own initiative, to share information about your health with us to prepare for a consultation. This data is considered sensitive and receives enhanced protection. We invite you to share only what is necessary.
• Technical browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and audience measurement data, collected where applicable via cookies (see section 7).

Your data is processed for specific purposes, each resting on a defined legal basis:

Your data is intended for Futura Esthetic's internal teams authorised to handle your request. It may be shared, only to the extent necessary, with partner practitioners and healthcare facilities responsible for assessing your request, as well as with our technical processors (hosting, messaging, relationship management tools). As some data may be transferred to a country outside the UK or the European Economic Area (in particular Tunisia, where treatment takes place), we ensure that such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards. Your data is never sold to third parties, whether under UK GDPR or the CCPA.

We keep your data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes pursued:

• Quote requests and prospective patients: up to 3 years from the last contact.
• Records of patients who have received treatment: in line with the legal retention obligations applicable to health and billing records.
• Browsing and cookie data: according to the periods set out in the cookies section, up to a maximum of 13 months.

Once these periods have elapsed, the data is deleted or anonymised.
